Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the YesterKeep app. By downloading or using YesterKeep, you agree to them. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies and, where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA controls.

1. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use YesterKeep on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms and these terms.

2. Your content

YesterKeep organises content you already own — your photos, events, places and notes. That content remains yours. YesterKeep stores it on your device; you are responsible for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

3. Acceptable use

4. Subscriptions

YesterKeep may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

5. AI features

Some features generate text using AI models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your convenience, not as professional advice. Please use judgement before relying on it.

6. Disclaimer & liability

YesterKeep is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
